Abstract:In order to provide some strategies reference for implementing innovation driving development strategy in Fujian, this paper attempts to analyze the strongly competitive industrial innovation strategies in Taiwan, and construct a quantitative AHP-SWOT model of Taiwan's industrial innovation development strategy by using the method combining the PEST, Delphi, AHP and SWOT, and adding the SWOT quantitative steps. Based on the analysis of Taiwan's industrial innovation development environment, the key strategic factors are identified, the strength and relative importance of the factors are calculated, and a strategic judgment matrix is constructed. The results show that for Taiwan industrial innovation development strategy, the significant complementary advantages of cross-strait industrial innovation development are the greatest advantageous conditions, and the cross-strait economic integration development strategy is the greatest opportunity; optimal strategy is to take the advantage of complementary industrial development cross-strait and seize the opportunities presented by the implementation of China's integrated development strategy and emerging science and technology for the innovative development of Taiwan's industries. It also gives suggestion that Fujian should strengthen production factor investment in science and technology R&D, enhance cooperation with Taiwan's science parks and enterprises, and further explore new models of Fujian-Taiwan cooperation.
