Abstract:Cultivating innovative talents with deep integration of industry, University and research is not only an urgent need for China to build a world power in science and technology, but also a realistic need for insufficient intellectual support of innovative talents in various industries. This study modifies and optimizes the synergy theory, introduces the element unit of talent training, establishes the dynamic analysis curve of "element identification, mode establishment, organization mechanism and synergy path", and explains the internal mechanism of talent training from the perspective of synergy and complementarity. Then, using the case analysis method, this paper analyzes the "three innovation" talent training mode and "OBE" talent training mode of innovative talent training, puts forward the organizational characteristics and internal laws of innovative talent training under the condition of knowledge heterogeneity, and puts forward the knowledge learning process model of innovative talents in the process of industry university research integration. The conclusion of this study has good theoretical and practical value for revealing the internal law and implementation path of innovative talent training.
