以B2B平台H为例,利用纵向单案例研究方法,归纳和分析数据赋能视角下互联网会展平台价值创造和获取的典型路径及动态演进机理。研究发现,首先数据赋能以其智能能力、连接能力和分析能力通过作用于效率、互补性、锁定和新颖性四个因素驱动互联网会展平台的价值创造;此外,数据赋能下,初创期的互联网会展平台凭借全新的业务模式,通过提高效率和互补性形成对用户的锁定;在成长期则借助锁定效应驱动平台业务创新、产品互补以及匹配效率的进一步提升;在此过程中,互联网会展平台的商业模式得到不断拓展。

Taking B2B platform H as an example, the vertical single-case research method is used to summarize and analyze the typical path and dynamic evolution mechanism of value creation and acquisition of internet exhibition platform under the perspective of data empowerment. The study found that the data drives the value creation of internet exhibition platform through efficiency, complementarity, locking and novelty. Besides, with data empowerment, internet exhibition platform locks up users by improving efficiency and complementarity through a new business model in the initial stage; in the growing stage, based on the lock-up effect, internet exhibition platform drives business innovation, product complementarity and matching efficiency improvement. In this process, the business model expands continuously.
