Abstract:The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and its combination with various industries have profoundly affected work and life. This study focuses on the impact of human-machine relationship on employees' psychology and behavior in the intelligent workplace. This study constructs an intermediary model of human-machine relationship affecting employee task performance through self-concept theory, and analyzes the questionnaires of 924 employees of artificial intelligence application enterprises. The study found that: the better the human-machine relationship is, the stronger the impact on employee task performance; the role identification and self-efficacy triggered by the human-machine relationship can enhance employee task performance; mixed emotions play a negative moderating role between human-machine relationship and role identification . The human-machine relationship can reshape employee psychology and affect employees' task performance. The work psychology and behavior of employees in the intelligent field needs urgent attention. In this paper, the introduction of artificial intelligence into work scenarios enriches the research on the impact mechanism of task performance, pays attention to the impact of human-machine relationship on employees, and provides inspiration for enterprises to rationally stimulate employee work performance.
