Abstract:The transfer of patent technology in universities is a complex system project with both benefits and risks. With the effective promotion of a series of policy measures, the policy and system problems of university patent technology transfer have gradually been solved, and the constraints brought by risks have become increasingly prominent, which has become a bottleneck problem that needs to be solved urgently. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the patent technology transfer system of universities, select the patent technology transfer participants (management department, scientific research team, transferee company) of other “double first-class” universities as interview subjects, and use grounded theoretical methods to systematically analyze and identify universities. The risk of patent technology transfer. The results show that the risk of patent technology transfer in universities includes the remaining validity period of the patent, patent infringement, patent invalidation, academic morality, achievement attribution, evidence preservation, legal risks of contract morality, immature patent technology, patent novelty , Patented technology supporting, transferable value of patents, transferee’s technology absorptive capacity, technical risks of technology leakage, as well as the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets, intangible asset pricing, cost accounting, capital investment, related party transactions, acquisition of competitive intelligence, and intermediary services Insufficient capacity and economic risk of net income distribution.
