摘要:

为了了解知识链成员的战略差异对成员间的知识协同效果的影响。基于协同学原理,以目标协同、利益协同、资源协同、组织结构协同为战略协同的前置变量,构建基于战略协同的知识协同过程模型,探究战略协同与知识协同的内在联系并运用结构方程进行实证检验。研究发现,知识链战略协同以目标协同、利益协同、资源协同、组织结构协同为前置变量,平衡知识链各主体间的战略差异,促进知识链知识协同的实现。

Abstract:

order to discover the influence of strategic differences among members of knowledge chain on Knowledge Synergy. Based on the principle of synergetics, with the target synergetic, benefit synergetic, resource synergetic and organizational structure synergetic as the prepositive variables of strategic synergetic, the influence model of knowledge chain strategic synergetic on knowledge synergetic is constructed, and the internal relation between them is explored and empirically tested by structural equation. The results show that the knowledge chain strategic synergy takes goal synergy, benefit synergy, resource synergy and organizational structure synergy as the pre variables to balance the strategic differences among the subjects of the knowledge chain and promote the realization of Knowledge Synergy in the knowledge chain.
