Abstract:In the context of the seed industry revitalization strategy, we will focus on the collaborative innovation of seed leading enterprises and agricultural science and technology parks. Based on the evaluation report on the innovation capacity of national agricultural science and Technology Parks from 2013 to 2015 and the open annual report of seed enterprises, this paper measures the synergy degree of the two subsystems of seed leading enterprises and crop breeding in agricultural science and Technology Parks in eastern, central and Western China and their collaborative innovation composite systems, and analyzes the influencing factors. The results showed that the order degree of most of the order parameters of the two systems in each region increased year by year, among which the leading seed enterprises were generally higher than the agricultural science and technology parks, and the contribution rate of breeding system construction related indicators to the order degree of the subsystem was the largest; The sub-systems of seed leading enterprises in the central region and agricultural science and Technology Parks in the eastern region have the highest degree of order, but the overall level of coordination of the composite systems of the two systems is low and in a moderate imbalance state. Therefore, in the future, China should continue to increase its support for the development of seed industry, strengthen the coordination of various elements of the subsystem, promote the construction of commercial seed breeding system, and promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural science and technology parks.
