基于尚品C2B个性化定制模式创新案例,应用动态能力理论,研究大数据赋能的C2B个性化定制价值共创机制创新,结果显示:C2B个性化定制价值共创包括价值形成、价值传递、价值实现三个阶段。产品大数据资源积淀,可促进企业对用户个性化需求的精准解读,赋予企业C2B供需对接动态能力;订单大数据资源联结,可促进企业对用户个性化需求的实时协调,赋予企业C2B资源协奏动态能力;生产大数据资源聚合,可促进企业对用户个性化需求的并行响应,赋予企业C2B协同制造动态能力。C2B供需对接动态能力,推动用户个性化需求定位和企业个性化方案制定,驱动C2B个性化定制价值形成;C2B资源协奏动态能力,推动用户个性化需求分配和企业个性化方案分享,驱动C2B个性化定制价值传递;C2B协同制造动态能力,推动用户个性化需求满足和企业个性化方案落地,驱动C2B个性化定制价值实现。研究结论可为大数据背景下制造企业实施C2B个性化定制模式创新提供指导

Based on the innovation case of Shangpin C2B personalized customization mode and the application of dynamic capability theory, this paper studies the innovation of C2B personalized customization value co creation mechanism enabled by big data. The results show that C2B personalized customization value co creation includes three stages: value formation, value transmission and value realization. The accumulation of product big data resources can promote enterprises' accurate interpretation of users' personalized needs and give enterprises the dynamic ability of C2B supply and demand docking; The connection of order big data resources can promote the real-time coordination of enterprises' personalized needs of users and endow enterprises with the dynamic ability of C2B resource Concerto; The aggregation of production big data resources can promote the parallel response of enterprises to the personalized needs of users and endow enterprises with the dynamic capability of C2B collaborative manufacturing. The dynamic capability of C2B supply-demand connection promotes the positioning of users' personalized needs and the formulation of enterprise personalized plans, and drives the formation of C2B personalized customization value; The dynamic capability of C2B resource Concerto promotes the distribution of users' personalized needs and the sharing of enterprises' personalized solutions, and drives the transmission of C2B personalized customization value; The dynamic capability of C2B collaborative manufacturing promotes the satisfaction of users' personalized needs and the implementation of enterprise personalized solutions, and drives the realization of C2B personalized customization value.
