Abstract:This study combined with job requirements - resource model and leader - member exchange theory, based on 607 employees in more than time matching data, build the prosocial behavior through affect their emotions and get resource depletion, which influences the performance of employees" innovation theory model, and verified the leader - member exchange relationship role in this process The results show that prosocial behavior can obtain emotional resources and produce positive emotions, but it can also consume emotional resources and make employees feel emotional exhaustion. Positive emotions and emotional exhaustion mediate the influence of prosocial behavior on employee innovation performance; Leader-member exchange moderates the relationship between prosocial behavior and emotion.
