基于专利分析的甘肃省重点优势产业技术创新发展研究

Research on the Development of Key Advantageous Industrial Technology Innovation Based on Patent Analysis in Gansu Province

摘要:

为充分发挥专利对区域产业发展的创新引领作用,聚焦“十二五”、“十三五”时期甘肃省重点发展的产业,以专利视角分析论证产业技术发展趋势。通过incoPat检索甘肃省重点优势产业专利数据,提取IPC技术构成和聚类主题进行分析,传统产业以装备制造为支撑,占比达62.0%,体量大,增速快；新兴产业专利资源布局相对均衡,以新材料专利资源产出最为活跃,占比17.2%,覆盖领域广,有色金属和化工材料领域技术优势突出。各产业专利资源产出量在“十三五”时期成倍增长,尤其是新一代信息技术增幅达2.7倍。同时结合产业发展现状提出了各产业技术创新发展方向。

Abstract:

In order to give full play to the innovative and leading role of patents in regional industries development, focus on the key industries developed in Gansu Province during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, analyzes and demonstrates the development trend of industrial technology from the perspective of patents. The patent data of key advantageous industries in Gansu Province were retrieved through incoPat, and the technical composition and clustering topics of IPC were extracted for analysis. The traditional industries were supported by equipment manufacturing with a large volume and rapid growth rate, accounting for 62.0%; the distribution of patent resources in strategic emerging industries was relatively balanced, covering a wide range of fields, the output of new material patent resources was the most active, accounting for 17.2%, with outstanding technical advantages in the field of non-ferrous metals and chemical materials. The output of patent resources in various industries has doubled during the " Thirteenth Five-Year Plan " period, especially the new generation of information technology has increased by 2.7 times. At the same time, combined with the status quo of industrial development, the development direction of technological innovation in each industry is proposed.
