本文基于2010-2019年我国内地31省份之间专利权转让数据构建技术转移网络,对其空间分布特征与动态演化进行研究,并利用空间杜宾模型对省际技术转移的多维邻近性影响因素进行了回归分析。研究表明,技术转移活动集聚特征明显,空间分布不均衡;技术流动方向多元化,东部地区内部、东部地区与中西部地区之间均存在频繁的技术流动,但西部地区间的技术转移活动较少。多维邻近性的回归结果表明:地理邻近性与关系邻近性均对省际间技术转移有正向促进作用;产业邻近性与技术转移呈现倒U型关系;文化邻近性影响不显著。

Based on the patent transfer data between 31 provinces in mainland China from 2010 to 2019, this paper constructs a technology transfer network, studies its spatial distribution characteristics and dynamic evolution, and makes a regression analysis on the multi-dimensional proximity influencing factors of inter provincial technology transfer by using spatial Dobbin model. The research shows that the agglomeration characteristics of technology transfer activities are obvious and the spatial distribution is uneven; The direction of technology flow is diversified. There are frequent technology flows within the eastern region and between the eastern region and the central and western regions, but there are few technology transfer activities between the western regions. The regression results of multidimensional proximity show that both geographical proximity and relational proximity have a positive effect on inter provincial technology transfer; Industrial proximity and technology transfer show an inverted U-shaped relationship; The influence of cultural proximity is not significant.
