Abstract:In order to promote the sustainable and stable synergetic development of high-tech industries among regions, this paper studies the stability conditions of the synergetic development relationship of high-tech industries among regions based on the improved Lotka-Volterra model, and takes the synergetic development of high-tech industries among regions of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as an example. The research shows that there are many states in the synergetic development system of regional high-tech industries, such as instability, saddle point equilibrium, long-term stability and so on. The product of interregional synergy influence coefficient is less than 1, which is the key condition for the stability of high-tech industry synergy development system. Government departments should give full play to the different advantages of different regions, formulate differentiation policies, optimize the specialized division of labor of high-tech industries among regions, and provide important guidance for the stability of synergetic development relations and even the evolution to a higher level.
