Abstract:The application of digital technology in the field of human resource management in the digital era must clearly define the concept of digital human resource management and reveal its possible structure and system functions. Based on the analysis of the historical process of the interaction between human resource management and technology application, and in view of the five major shortcomings of the general human resource management functions, this paper gives the definition of digital human resource management system, and refines the basic characteristics of human resource management in the digital era, including dynamic self-service, virtual scenes, multiple co creation, foreground thinking and value-added prediction; Based on the theory of knowledge creation mode, this paper explains the digital human resource management structure, including six functional modules; Finally, from the four stages of building a standard core data platform, comprehensive talent management informatization, comprehensive system integration and optimization, and knowledge creation cloud operation, the construction steps of digital human resource management are further sorted out.
