摘要:

从专利价值评估工具的视角分析专利价值评估的发展现状。对常见专利价值评估工具的功能进行了详细介绍，在此基础之上总结了不同类型的工具所用的评估方法和评价指标，讨论了专利价值评估的发展现状和存在的问题，并给出了相应的建议。目前，专利价值评估呈现出评估方法智能化和自动化、评价维度和指标类型多样化、评估模型精细化的发展趋势。但国内关于专利货币价值评估的研究有待进一步完善。在未来，专利价值评估需要将不同的评价方式有机结合，针对不同领域专利的特点构建相应的价值评价方法和评价体系。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the development status of patent evaluation from the perspective of evaluation tools. Based on a detailed introduction to the functions of common patent evaluation tools, the evaluation methods and indicators used by different tools are summarized, the development trend and existing problems of patent evaluation are discussed, and the corresponding suggestions are given. From a development perspective, the methods of patent evaluation are more intelligent and automated, more types of evaluation indicators with different evaluation dimensions are developed and the evaluation model is constantly optimized. However, domestic research on monetary value evaluation needs to be further improved. In the future, it is necessary to combine different evaluation methods and adopt the evaluation methods and evaluation systems according to the characteristics of the patent in different fields.
