基于数字赋能和商业模式创新理论,本研究结合案例研究和定性比较分析探究两者对制造企业数字化转型的协同机制,并追踪其转型过程的进化路径。研究发现:(1)数字赋能转型机制可分为管控赋能、价值赋能和级联赋能;(2)制造企业商业模式创新主要有创收型和编排型商业模式,且对数字化转型具有倒推作用;(3)协同驱动路径有集群创导驱动、价值创新驱动、资源连接驱动和精益管控驱动路径;(4)在协同推动转型过程中,价值赋能、级联赋能、创收型商业模式和编排型商业模式均是推动制造企业数字化转型的核心条件,管控赋能是边缘条件。本研究拓展揭示了数字赋能和商业模式创新对数字化转型协同推进的轨迹,对制造企业数字化转型实践具有启示意义。

Based on the theory of digital empowerment and business model innovation, this study combined case study and qualitative comparative analysis to explore the synergistic mechanism of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and track the evolutionary path of their transformation process. The results show that :(1) digital empowerment transformation mechanism can be divided into control empowerment, value empowerment and cascade empowerment; (2) Business model innovation of manufacturing enterprises mainly includes income-generating and choreography business models, and has a backward effect on digital transformation; (3) The collaborative driving path includes cluster initiative driving, value innovation driving, resource connection driving and lean management and control driving. (4) In the process of collaborative transformation, value empowerment, cascade empowerment, income-generating business model and choreographed business model are the core conditions for promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, while control empowerment is the marginal condition. This study expands and reveals the track of digital empowerment and business model innovation in the collaborative promotion of digital transformation, which has enlightenment significance for the practice of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
