Based on the system dynamics method, this paper first analyzes the behavior patterns of traditional manufacturing and cloud manufacturing, uses Vensim software to build traditional manufacturing models and cloud manufacturing models, and then conducts a series of tests on the models to prove the validity and stability of the models. By analyzing the comparison results of the main reference variables under different demand functions and the order acceptance ratio of cloud manufacturing under different conditions, it is found that the cloud manufacturing model can effectively reduce the inventory level of the supply chain, improve the order fulfillment rate, make full use of the remaining capacity of the enterprise, and promote supply chain collaboration. operation.
