当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,稀土产业由于其重要的战略意义受到各国前所未有的重视。面对各国针对稀土领域动作频频的新变局,我国的稀土产业面临着严峻的发展形势。本文基于科技安全的视角,分析了我国稀土产业的处境及风险,并提出了保障我国稀土安全、促进产业发展的对策建议。

Today"s world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century, and the rare earth industry has received unprecedented attention from countries due to its important strategic significance. China"s rare earth industry is facing a severe development situation in the face of frequent changes in the field of rare earth. Based on the perspective of scientific and technological security, this paper analyzes the situation and risks of China"s rare earth industry, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure China"s rare earth security and promote industrial development.
