    摘要:

    在国内国际双循环和深入实施创新驱动发展战略背景下,当前我国经济已由高速增长向高质量发展转型,良好的科技创新可以推动国家自主创新示范区经济高质量发展。文章以福厦泉国家自主创新示范区为例,选取了2016-2020年自创区内各地市级区域统计数据,在熵值法和灰色关联分析法的基础上,构建城市群型国家自主创新示范区经济高质量发展与科技创新耦合协调模型并进行实证分析。研究得出以下结论:从科技创新发展水平看,自创区的科技创新发展综合水平整体呈增长趋势,但城市间差异显著;从经济高质量发展水平看,各地市经济高质量发展水平存在较大差距;从时间趋势看,自创区科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调度总体呈现缓慢增长趋势;从空间格局看,耦合协调度在各地市间有所差距,厦门耦合协调度略高于福州,而泉州耦合协调度相对较低;创新发展与协调发展的关联性最强,福州的科技创新与经济高质量发展各子系统的关联性最高。最后,基于研究结论,提出针对国家自主创新示范区加强科技创新,推动经济高质量发展的政策建议。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of domestic and international double circulation and in-depth implementation of the innovation driven development strategy, China"s economy has transformed from high-speed growth to high-quality development. Good scientific and technological innovation can promote the high-quality economic development of the national independent innovation demonstration zone. Taking fuxiaquan national independent innovation demonstration zone as an example, this paper selects the municipal regional statistical data in the self created zone from 2016 to 2020, constructs the coupling and coordination model of high-quality economic development and scientific and technological innovation of urban agglomeration National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone on the basis of entropy method and grey correlation analysis, and makes an empirical analysis. The research draws the following conclusions: from the perspective of the development level of scientific and technological innovation, the comprehensive level of scientific and technological innovation development in the self creation zone shows an overall growth trend, but there are significant differences among cities; From the perspective of high-quality economic development level, there is a large gap in the high-quality economic development level of various cities; From the perspective of time trend, the coupling and coordination degree between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in the self creation zone generally shows a slow growth trend; From the perspective of spatial pattern, there is a gap in the degree of coupling coordination among cities. The degree of coupling coordination in Xiamen is slightly higher than that in Fuzhou, while the degree of coupling coordination in Quanzhou is relatively low; The correlation between innovative development and coordinated development is the strongest, and the correlation between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development subsystems in Fuzhou is the highest. Finally, based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the national independent innovation demonstration zone to strengthen scientific and technological innovation and promote high-quality economic development.
