制造业数字化对其全球价值链地位升级的影响---基于广东制造业细分行业的实证分析

The impact of manufacturing digitalization on the upgrading of its global value chain position--- An Empirical Study of Manufacturing Sector Segmentation in Guangdong Province

摘要:

数字经济的蓬勃发展,给中国制造业转型升级提供了契机。根据广东省2010-2017年16个制造行业的面板数据,本文分析了制造业数字化对其全球价值链地位升级的影响及作用机制。研究表明,制造业数字化对提升其全球价值链地位有正向促进作用,且主要通过推动产业结构升级和提高制造业生产率两个渠道实现对其全球价值链地位的升级。行业异质性研究显示,制造业数字化能显著促进劳动密集型和资本密集型制造业的全球价值链地位升级,但由于核心技术缺失,对技术密集型制造业的促进效果不明显。因此,应持续推进制造业数字化发展,促进其全球价值链地位提升；加快数字化基础设施建设,夯实制造业数字化转型基础；劳动密集型、资本密集型、技术密集型等不同类型制造业要因地制宜制定数字化发展措施；完善信贷、财税、数字知识产权和网络信息安全保护、数字化人才培养等相关政策制度,加大企业数字化转型支持力度。

Abstract:

The vigorous development of digital economy provides an opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of China"s manufacturing industry and moving towards the middle and high-end of the global value chain. Based on the panel data of 16 manufacturing industries in Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2017, this paper analyzes the impact and mechanism of manufacturing digitization on the upgrading of its global value chain status. The research shows that the digitalization of manufacturing industry plays a positive role in promoting its position in the global value chain, and its position in the global value chain is upgraded mainly through promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and improving the productivity of manufacturing industry. The research on industry heterogeneity shows that the digitization of manufacturing industry can significantly promote the upgrading of the global value chain status of labor-intensive and capital intensive manufacturing industry, but the promotion effect on technology intensive manufacturing industry is not obvious due to the lack of core technology. Therefore, we should continue to promote the digital development of manufacturing industry and promote its position of the global value chain; Accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure and consolidate the foundation of digital transformation of manufacturing industry; Different types of manufacturing industries such as labor-intensive, capital intensive and technology intensive should formulate digital development measures according to local conditions; We will improve policies and systems related to credit, finance and taxation, digital intellectual property rights, network information security protection, and digital talent training, and increase support for enterprise digital transformation.
