碳中和目标下制造企业闭环供应链低碳转型机制研究 ——基于DEMATEL-ISM模型

Research on Low-Carbon Transition Mechanism of Closed-Loop Supply Chain of Manufacturing Enterprises toward Carbon Neutrality : Based on the DEMATEL-ISM Model

摘要:

“2060碳中和目标”对制造企业闭环供应链发展提出碳减排的要求,制造企业闭环供应链低碳转型迫在眉睫。为探究碳中和目标下制造企业闭环供应链低碳转型机制,采用文献研究法和DEMATEL-ISM相结合的方法,提取出18个影响因素并对其进行中心度、原因度及层级结构分析,进而构建机制模型厘清各因素间作用关系,揭示碳中和目标下制造企业闭环供应链低碳转型机制。研究结果表明：(1)碳减排策略因素的中心度排名第一而原因度排名靠后,补贴政策的原因度排名第一且中心度排名靠前；(2)18个影响因素分成五层,各因素间联系紧密且存在跨层影响关系；(3)政府、制造企业、零售商、消费者和回收商协同共进,保障制造企业闭环供应链的低碳转型。研究结论为碳中和目标下制造企业闭环供应链低碳转型提供了理论依据与实践指导。

Abstract:

China’s 2060 carbon neutrality target puts forward the requirements of carbon emission reduction for the development of closed-loop supply chain of manufacturing enterprises, the low-carbon transition of which is imminent. For the purpose of exploring the low-carbon transition mechanism of closed-loop supply chain of manufacturing enterprises under the goal of carbon neutrality, 18 influencing factors are extracted and analyzed for their centrality, cause degree and hierarchical structure by using the combination of literature research method and DEMATEL-ISM. Then a mechanism model is constructed to clarify the interaction relationship between various factors and to reveal the low-carbon transition mechanism of closed-loop supply chain of manufacturing enterprises under the goal of carbon neutrality. The results show that: (1) the centrality ranking of carbon emission reduction strategy factors is first while its reason ranking is lower, the cause degree ranking of subsidy policy is first and its centrality ranking is near the top; (2) the 18 influencing factors are divided into five layers, and each factor is closely related and has a cross layer influence relationship; (3) the government, manufacturing enterprises, retailers, consumers and recyclers have made collaborative progress to ensure the low-carbon transition of the closed-loop supply chain of manufacturing enterprises. The research conclusion provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the low-carbon transition of closed-loop supply chain of manufacturing enterprises under the goal of carbon neutrality.
