突破式创新对于提升企业技术创新质量、实现跨越式发展具有重要作用,其与跨技术领域的知识重组活动密切相关。本文探究基于探索式创新的知识整合能力对企业突破式创新的影响,并进一步从内外部机制角度解释企业吸收能力与创新开放度对主效应的调节作用。通过对2012——2019年中国计算机通信及电子设备制造业和医药制造业457家上市公司的数据分析发现:创造型知识整合能力对突破式创新的促进作用大于混合型知识整合能力;吸收能力与创新开放度均对混合型知识整合能力与突破式创新间的积极影响产生正向调节作用,但二者并未在创造型知识整合能力与突破式创新的关系中起到调节作用。本文不仅为企业如何通过跨领域、跨行业技术融合提升突破式创新方面提供了新思路,同时为企业如何从内部提升动态能力与从外部加强跨组织协作提出了相关建议。

Radical innovation plays an important role in improving the quality of technological innovation of enterprises and achieving leapfrog development, which is closely related to cross-field and cross-industry knowledge integration. Based on the knowledge-based view, this paper explores the mechanism of the knowledge integration capacity based on exploratory innovation on the enterprise’s radical innovation, and further explains the moderating role of the enterprise’s absorptive capacity and innovation openness. Through the data analysis of 457 listed companies in China’s computer communication and electronic equipment manufacturing and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries from 2012 to 2019, it is found that the ability of creative knowledge integration to promote radical innovation is greater than the ability of hybrid knowledge integration; Both absorptive capacity and innovation openness have a positive moderating effect on the positive influence of hybrid knowledge integration and radical innovation, but neither play a role in the impact mechanism of creative knowledge integration on radical innovation. This paper not only provide new ideas for how to improve radical innovation through cross-domain and cross-industry technology integration, but also put forward relevant suggestions for how to improve dynamic capabilities and strengthen cross-organizational collaboration.
