Abstract:Improving college students' innovative ability and innovative behavior is an important support for promoting the national innovation driven development strategy. Taking 8 207 college students as the research object, based on the ternary interaction theory, this paper explores the influence mechanism of innovation support perception and cognitive flexibility on college students' innovation behavior, verifies the role of innovation self-efficacy in the influence relationship, and reveals the internal mechanism of the development of college students' innovation behavior. The results show that both perceived innovation support and cognitive flexibility have a significant positive impact on college students' innovation behavior; Innovation self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between innovation support perception, cognitive flexibility and innovation behavior. In order to promote the development of college students' innovative behavior, colleges and universities should create a good innovation environment and promote college students' perception of innovation support; Innovate the talent training mode and promote the development of college students' cognitive flexibility; Encourage college students to establish self-confidence and improve their sense of innovative self-efficacy.
