科学数据开放共享情境下NASA知识创新模式研究

Knowledge Innovation Mode for NASA from the View of Scientific Data Opening and Sharing

大数据背景下,科学数据作为驱动知识创新的重要力量,其开放共享改变了原有的创新思维和创新范式。探究科学数据开放共享下的知识创新模式至关重要。以NASA为对象,探讨了科学数据开放共享与NASA知识创新的内在关系,研究了科学数据共享下的NASA知识创新模式,系统分析NASA的创新流程、关键活动和创新经验。结合NASA的军民两用特性,对我国军民分离的科学数据及科技创新问题提出相关建议。

Abstract:

Under the background of big data,scientific data is an important force to drive knowledge innovation, its opening and sharing can accelerate the process of transforming data into knowledge and change the original innovation thinking and paradigm. Taking NASA as the research object,the relationship between scientific data sharing and knowledge innovation was studied. The knowledge innovation mode under scientific data opening and sharing was also analyzed. Its innovation process and key activities were deeply studied. Finally,some reasonable suggestions were put forward to solve the separated problem of scientific data and technological innovation between Chinese civil and military scope.
