摘要:

基于我国2007~2019年省级面板数据，采用固定面板模型估计了地方政府经济竞争、生态竞争以及服务竞争对产业结构升级的直接影响，并以绿色技术创新作为中介变量考察了地方政府竞争对产业结构升级的传导机制。结果表明：（1）异质性地方政府竞争对产业结构升级存在显著的差异性，经济竞争对产业结构升级有显著的抑制作用，生态竞争和服务竞争对产业结构升级有显著促进作用，模型的稳健性检验表明该结论依然成立。（2）中介效应表明存在着“地方政府竞争—绿色技术创新—产业结构升级”传导机制。经济竞争抑制了绿色技术创新间接抑制了产业结构升级，生态竞争和服务竞争通过提高绿色技术创新间接促进了产业结构升级。

Abstract:

Abstract: Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2007-2019, this paper investigates the impact of local government economic competition, ecological competition, and service competition on upgrading industrial structure by using the Fixed-effect model method .Moreover, the paper explores the impact of the interaction between heterogeneous local government competition on upgrading industrial structure by using the moderated mediation model that green technology innovation as moderating variable . The results show that: (1) there are significant differences in the effects of heterogeneous government competition on upgrading industrial structure. Among them, economic competition has a significant inhibitory effect on upgrading industrial structure, and ecological competition and service competition have a significant facilitating effect onupgrading industrial structure. The robustness test results show that the regression results are reliable.(2) The intermediary effect result show that “Local government competition f- green technological innovation- upgrading industrial structure” transmission mechanism. Economic Competition inhibits the innovation of green technology, indirectly inhibits the upgrading of industrial structure.Ecological competition and service competition indirectly promote the upgrading industrial structure by improving green technology innovation.
