Abstract:At present, most of the evaluation of production equipment management capability only focuses on a specific field, and has not yet formed a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system. In order to scientifically evaluate the digital management capability of production equipment, help enterprises to identify the weakness of equipment management, and clarify the route of capability improvement, the digital management capability maturity of production equipment is divided into 4 levels, including initial start, smooth operation, perceptive interaction and intelligent optimization. The evaluation system of five first-level indicators, including resource guarantee, operation environment, basic management, operation and maintenance management and performance management, and 21 sub-level indicators has been constructed. The entropy method and cloud model are used to evaluate the digital management capability of production equipment. Further empirical quantitative evaluation of this method to an auto parts manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou, the results show that the enterprise has reached the intelligent optimization level in the field of resource assurance, and the operational environment and basic management have reached the perceptive interaction level. It can also find out the weaknesses of the production equipment management of the enterprise, and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise.
