Abstract:Considering the influence of horizontal and vertical fairness concerns on knowledge sharing, the evolution path and decision-making of knowledge sharing in supply chain enterprises under the influence of various factors were discussed. It provides theoretical reference for knowledge sharing decision-making among supply chain enterprises. Firstly, the influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of supply chain enterprises were analyzed. Secondly, based on evolutionary game theory, the knowledge sharing evolutionary game models under vertical and horizontal fairness concern were developed, and their evolutionary stability strategies were analyzed. Finally, the Matlab was used to simulate the evolution path of enterprise sharing strategy under the influence of various factors. The results show that appropriate level of knowledge sharing and proper distribution of revenue can promote sharing behavior. Under the concern of vertical fairness, compared with the income gap between enterprises, enterprises are more concerned about the distribution ratio of their collaborative revenue, and the impact of income gap on enterprise decision-making can be ignored. Horizontal fairness concern may promote knowledge sharing among enterprises in the short run, but it is not conducive to knowledge sharing in the long run.
