Abstract:At present, the retrievable animal model of human diseases resource database at home and abroad does not cover all human diseases and there is no unified resource query path or channel, therefore, it is necessary to try to develop a relatively complete and resource sharing animal model of human disease data platform . Through the three dimensions of system disease, animal species, and modeling method to build a shared platform framework for animal model of human disease resources which collects and organizes animal model of human disease resource data from relevant literature, monographs, and research institutions and aims to promote the integration, mining and sharing of animal model of human disease resource data. Guided by the design principles of comprehensiveness, scalability, openness, stability and security, the shared platform adopts the current popular B/S structure and introduces extensible markup language to to carry out structured and standardized processing of heterogeneous data. The resource data is classified and coded with the hierarchical structure method and finally released after being reviewed and approved by experts. The current pilot operation results show that the data platform can not only facilitate users to find data that meets their needs, but also ensure the accuracy of the data.
