高管团队认知能力、外部知识搜寻与效率型商业模式创新——大数据管理技能的调节作用

Senior management team cognitive ability, external knowledge search and efficient business model innovation: the moderator of big data management skills

本研究以创新扩散理论为理论框架，通过两个阶段的问卷调查，以中国的323家企业为样本，考察了高管团队认知能力对EBMI的影响机制。层次回归结果表明：（1）高层团队认知能力对EBMI具有显著的正向影响；（2）外部知识搜寻在高管团队认知能力和EBMI之间起完全中介作用；（3）大数据管理技能调节高管团队认知能力和外部知识搜寻之间的关系，级大数据管理技能越高，高管团队认知能力和外部知识搜寻之间的正向关系越强；（4）大数据管理技能调节外部知识搜寻在高管团队认知能力和EBMI之间的中介效应，即大数据管理技能越高，外部知识搜寻在两者之间的间接关系越强。本研究结论验证了高层管理团队认知能力对EBMI的促进作用，拓展了EBMI前因变量的现有研究成果，对企业开展EBMI活动提供了理论指导。

Abstract:

Based on the theory of innovation diffusion and a two-stage questionnaire survey, 323 Chinese enterprises were selected to investigate the influence mechanism of senior management team cognitive ability on EBMI. The results of hierarchical regression showed that :(1) the cognitive ability of senior team had a significant positive effect on EBMI; (2) External knowledge search played a completely mediating role between cognitive ability and EBMI; (3) Big data management skill moderates the relationship between cognitive ability of senior management team and external knowledge search. The higher the level of big data management skill, the stronger the positive relationship between cognitive ability of senior management team and external knowledge search. (4) Big data management skill moderates the mediating effect of external knowledge search on the cognitive ability and EBMI of senior management team, namely, the higher the big data management skill, the stronger the indirect relationship between external knowledge search and the cognitive ability of senior management team. The conclusion of this study verified the promotion effect of cognitive ability of senior management team on EBMI, expanded the existing research results of antecedent variables of EBMI, and provided theoretical guidance for enterprises to carry out EBMI activities.
