中国与东盟技术转移合作形势分析及问题对策研究

摘要:

中国与东盟的技术转移合作伴随双方各自的产业结构调整和产能合作逐步进入高速发展期。中美贸易摩擦以来，中国原有产业链恐向境外转移，东盟国家则希望借此机会抢占全球产业链份额，在此情形下中国与东盟技术转移势头能否延续的问题值得探讨。本文通过对双方合作趋势以及战略需求的深入分析，得出中国与东盟将继续延续技术转移合作趋势的结论，并通过研究分析现存合作问题提出进一步扩大合作的对策建议。

Abstract:

The technology transfer cooperation between China and ASEAN has gradually entered a period of rapid development along with the respective industrial structure adjustment and production capacity cooperation of both sides. Since the Sino-US trade friction, China"s original industrial chain may be transferred overseas, and ASEAN countries hope to take this opportunity to seize the share of the global industrial chain. In this case, it is worth discussing whether the momentum of technology transfer between China and ASEAN can continue. Based on in-depth analysis of the cooperation trend and strategic needs of both sides, this paper draws the conclusion that China and ASEAN will continue the trend of technology transfer cooperation, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further expanding cooperation through research and analysis of existing cooperation problems.
