分析数字化技能人才培养理论，并在此基础上分析国内外实践经验，通过人工智能模型分析高端国际化数字化技能人才培养的意义和关键因素；以粤港澳大湾区为主的高职院校尤其是深圳信息职业技术学院为案例，归纳总结校企合作、技能融合发展与国际胜任力等因素的意义，努力培养专业技术扎实，能够熟练并灵活应用数字化技术，具有国际视野能够在世界各地胜任工作的高端国际化数字化技能人才。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the theory of digital skills talent training model. Based on this, it also analyzes the practical experience at home and abroad, and analyzes the significance and key factors of high-end international digital skilled talent training through artificial intelligence models. Take higher vocational colleges in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay area, especially Shenzhen Institute of information technology, as a case, to summarize the significance of school enterprise cooperation, skill integration development and international competence, and strive to cultivate high-end international digital skilled talents with solid professional skills, who can skillfully and flexibly apply digital technology, and who have an international vision and can be competent around the world.
