Abstract:Based on the urgent requirements of innovative transformation and regional coordinated green and shared development under the "dual carbon" goal, this paper measures the green innovation efficiency of high-tech manufacturing industries with typical innovation effects by applying the super-efficient SBM model and GML index in two stages: green science and technology R&D and green achievement transformation, and uses spatial autocorrelation test and spatial econometric method to study the spatial spillover effect of green innovation efficiency of high-tech manufacturing industry. The empirical results show that the green innovation efficiency in the two stages of high-tech manufacturing industry shows an upward trend, and the green innovation efficiency in the achievement transformation stage is relatively low and there is regional heterogeneity; the two stages of green innovation efficiency of high-tech manufacturing industry both show positive spatial spillover effects;the seven influencing factors have different positive and negative spatial spillover effects in stages.According to the conclusions, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from promoting industry-university-research linkage, promoting regional coordination, amplifying the external positive effects of environmental regulations, and strengthening regional infrastructure connection to expand the radiation surface of green technology.
