Starting from the analysis and comparison of the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of the four major Bay areas in the world, and combining the basic development situation and specific cases of new R&D institutions in Colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, the new path and mechanism to promote the integration of industry and education are discussed in depth,This paper put forward some policy suggestions on the establishment of new path and mechanism of the integration of industry and education,to improve the cross integration training mode,to broaden the ways for enterprises to participate in education,to promote the multi-dimensional integration of innovation elements in the three places,to Building a long-term mechanism for collaborative education,So as to promote the in-depth integration of industry and education in the Great Bay area,and help to build a world-class scientific and technological innovation center.
