Abstract:Young scientific and technological innovation talents are the main force in building a strong scientific and technological country, and also the key to innovation-driven and core technology breakthroughs. Aiming at the development of Shanghai's young scientific and technological innovation talents, combining the 2035 vision and the WSR system methodology, an evaluation index system for the development of Shanghai's young scientific and technological innovation talents is established from three aspects of talent development: "physics, affairs, and humanities". On this basis, the entropy method is used to evaluate and analyze the vertical and horizontal development trends of young scientific and technological innovation talents in Shanghai. Drawing the evaluation suggestions and enlightenment of the development of young scientific and technological innovation talents in Shanghai: building a diversified evaluation system for the development of young scientific and technological innovation talents, establishing a "government, industry, academia, and research " platform for the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation talents, creating a collaborative evaluation mechanism for talents in provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, accelerating the construction of the world's important talent centers and innovation highlands, improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological research achievements of young scientific and technological innovation talents, and deepen international cooperation in the development of young scientific and technological innovation talents. In order to provide a systematic and novel perspective and evaluation path for the development of young scientific and technological innovation talents in Shanghai and other provinces and cities.
