Abstract:The incubation institution is a service platform to help the growth of start-ups and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The relationship between incubation institution resources and the performance of incubated enterprises is worthy of further study. In view of the lack of national perspective, resource type perspective and analysis based on official data in current relevant research, this paper uses the data of incubation institutions in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2016 to 2019 in China Entrepreneurship Incubation Development Report, and from the perspective of resource-based theory, uses the improved entropy method and gray correlation analysis method to discuss the influence of the three types of incubation institution resources including physical capital, human capital and organizational capital on the performance of incubated enterprises. The study finds that all three types of incubation institution resources have significant positive impacts on the performance of incubated enterprises, among which physical capital resources have the most significant impact, followed by organizational capital resources. According to the research conclusions, specific suggestions are given for the construction and development of China's entrepreneurship incubation from the aspects of the area of incubation institutions, human capital resources, building national incubation institutions and creating innovative atmosphere.
