摘要:

在动态能力、组织学习和知识结构理论的基础上，本文构建了农民合作社从知识搜索到知识创造的系统动力学模型，通过模拟农民合作社互联网的应用技能、知识搜索和创新能力之间的关系，探索出农民合作社创新能力的影响途径和演化过程。具体而言，农民合作社创新能力的影响路径：互联网技能培训→互联网应用技能→创新能力；演化过程：由前期的吸收能力为主，逐步演化为吸收、整合能力共同发展，最后形成吸收、整合以及原创能力的均衡发展状态。该研究一方面突破了现有研究基于企业视角探讨创新行为作用机制的理论局限性；另一方面弥补了从动态视角对农民合作社创新能力的演化机制进行系统分析的文献空白，研究结论可以为农民合作社可持续发展的政策制定提供重要的科学依据。

Abstract: Based on the theory of dynamic competence, organizational learning and knowledge structure, this paper constructs the system dynamics model of farmers’ cooperative from knowledge search to knowledge creation, by simulating the relationship between Internet applied skills, knowledge search and innovation ability of farmers’cooperative, the way and evolution process of innovation ability of farmers’ cooperative are explored. To be specific, the influence path of farmers’ cooperative innovation ability: Internet skill training -- Internet application skill -- innovation ability; Evolution process: The absorptive capacity in the early stage is the main part gradually evolved to absorb, integrate ability common development, and finally forms the balanced development state of absorption, integration and original ability. On the one hand, this research breaks through the theoretical limitation of existing research on exploring the action mechanism of innovation behavior based on the perspective of enterprise; On the other hand, it makes up for the lack of literature that systematically analyzes the evolution mechanism of farmers' cooperative innovation ability from the dynamic perspective.
