我国研究型大学跨学科研究组织建制、问题及对策

Study on the Institutionalization, Problems and Countermeasures of Interdisciplinary Research Organization in Chinese Research Universities

摘要:

面对社会、经济、科技等领域问题日趋复杂化,跨学科研究的重要的作用日益凸显。跨学科研究组织是跨学科活动的载体,为跨学科研究行为提供了组织保障,是高水平研究型大学的重要研发力量。研究以我国42所“双一流”建设高校作为高水平研究型大学的代表,从组织发展趋势、聚焦领域等方面分析了跨学科研究组织的建设现状,从组织目标、组织形态、组织管理维度剖析了其组织建制。当前我国研究型大学跨学科研究组织建设存在数量不足、质量参差、建制形式不灵活、管理机制薄弱等问题,因此,我国研究型大学应制定专门的跨学科发展战略规划,拓展多元化的组织形式,建立完备的制度保障体系。

Abstract:

With the increasing of complex problems in the fields of society, economy, science and technology, the significant role of interdisciplinary research has come to the age. Interdisciplinary research organization, which is the carrier of interdisciplinary research, is crucial to high-level research universities since it provides organizational basis for interdisciplinary research. The study takes 42 "World-Class" construction universities as the representatives of Chinese high-level research universities, and analyses the current situation of interdisciplinary research organizations from both organizational development trends and focus areas. The institutionalization of interdisciplinary research organizations is also evaluated based on organizational goals, organizational forms and organizational management. At present, the construction of interdisciplinary research organizations in Chinese research universities suffers from insufficient quantity, varying quality, inflexible organizational forms, and weak management mechanisms. Therefore, Chinese research universities should formulate special strategic plans for interdisciplinary development, expand diversified organizational forms, and establish a complete institutional guarantee system.
