    摘要:

    合理构建区块链产业生态系统绩效评价体系,对促进区域产业生态系统健康发展具有重要意义。在对区块链产业生态系统构成的分析基础上,从“目标层-准则层-指标层”构建了区块链产业生态系统绩效评价体系,并以我国15个省2018-2020年的面板数据,综合运用TOPSIS熵权法进行实证分析。研究发现:(1)区块链产业生态系统包括生态主体系统和生态环境系统两个子系统;(2)区块链产业生态系统绩效评价指标体系可由区块链技术生产主体绩效、技术扩展主体绩效、技术应用主体绩效、产业服务主体绩效以及生态环境绩效五个维度和17个细分指标构成;(3)我国区块链产业生态系统绩效水平整体呈现上升趋势,但发展速度较慢,区域发展不平衡问题突出,需要结合各地的产业环境进行合理规划。

    Abstract:

    It is of great significance to rationally construct the evaluation system of performance level of blockchain industry ecosystem to promote the healthy development of regional industry ecosystem. Based on the analysis of the composition of the blockchain industry ecosystem, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the blockchain industry ecosystem from the “target layer - criterion layer - index layer”, and makes an empirical analysis based on the panel data of 15 provinces in China from 2018 to 2020, using the methods of entropy weight and TOPSIS. The research shows that: (1) The blockchain industry ecosystem is composed of two subsystems: the ecosystem of main body system and the ecosystem of environment system; (2) The evaluation index system of performance level of blockchain industry ecosystem includes five secondary indicators and 17 subdivision indicators. The secondary indicators are composed of blockchain technology-production subject performance, technology-expansion subject performance, technology-application subject performance, industrial service subject performance and ecological environment performance. (3) The overall performance of blockchain industry ecosystem shows an upward trend, but the development speed is slow, and there is a significant imbalance in regional development. It is necessary to reasonably plan the elements of the blockchain industry ecosystem in combination with the local industrial environment.
