随着工业4.0时代的到来,在技术变革的浪潮中,以全球视角布局人工智能技术,引领未来科技发展,为我国推动经济高质量发展、建设创新型国家提供有力动力。本文分析了人工智能对经济高质量发展影响的理论机理,并采用2009-2019年中国省级面板数据,构建面板固定效应模型实证分析了人工智能对中国区域经济高质量发展的影响,研究发现:人工智能可以为经济高质量发展提供动力支持,在不同区域中,人工智能对西部地区经济高质量发展的促进作用较大,东北、东部地区次之,中部地区较小;在人工智能实现经济高质量发展的传导效应中,资本形成累积效应和技术创新效应传导效果明显,人力资本提升效应传导效果不明显。为了实现我国区域经济高质量发展,要加快人工智能领域的人才培养、加强新型基础设施建设以及鼓励人工智能核心技术的研发。

With the advent of industry 4.0 era, in the wave of technological change, the layout of artificial intelligence technology from a global perspective, leading the future development of science and technology, and provide new impetus for China to promote high-quality economic development and build an innovative country. This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of the impact of artificial intelligence on high-quality economic development, and uses the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2019 to construct a panel fixed effect model to empirically analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on high-quality economic development. The study found that AI can provide impetus for high-quality economic development. In different regions, AI plays a great role in promoting high-quality economic development in the western region, followed by the northeast and eastern regions, and smaller by the central regions. In the transmission effect of artificial intelligence to achieve high-quality economic development, the cumulative effect of capital formation and the transmission effect of technological innovation effect are obvious, and the transmission effect of human capital improvement effect is not obvious. In order to achieve high-quality economic development in China, it is necessary to accelerate the training of AI talents, strengthen the construction of new infrastructure, and encourage the research and development of core AI technologies.
