摘要:

农业科技人才作为推进农业现代化的中坚力量,在乡村振兴战略实施中起到关键性作用。为厘清农业科技人才胜任特征内在构架,采用行为事件访谈法和扎根理论探索乡村振兴背景下农业科技人才必备胜任要素,充分构建新时代农业科技人才胜任力模型,包括专业知识、专业技能、身体素质、心理素质、道德品质、创新能力、风险管控和成就驱动等八大维度,以期为农业科技人才甄选、培训与开发及职业发展提供理论指导。

Abstract:

As the backbone of agricultural modernization, agricultural science and technology talents play a key role in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. In order to clarify the inner framework of competency characteristics of agricultural science and technology talents, behavioral event interview method and grounded theory are adopted to explore the necessary competency elements of agricultural science and technology talents in the context of rural revitalization and fully construct the competency model of agricultural science and technology talents in the new era, including eight dimensions of professional knowledge, professional skills, physical quality, psychological quality, moral quality, innovation ability, risk management and achievement drive. It is expected to provide theoretical reference for selection, training and development and career development of agricultural science and technology talents.
