对于资源匮乏的中小制造企业而言,如何基于自身资源实现数字化转型是实践中的重要问题,但资源配置的组态如何影响企业的数字化转型还未得到充分研究。本文以资源基础观作为理论基础,基于数字化战略与企业内部资源协同的视角,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,从数字化战略、人力资本、企业规模、发展潜力、盈利能力、数字化团队六个方面,对 38家北京中小制造企业数字化转型的组态前因进行了分析,得到中小制造企业数字化转型资源配置的四种组态形式。本研究证明了中小制造企业数字化转型资源配置组态效应的客观存在,为中小企业数字化转型路径选择及资源配置提供了启示和参考。

How to realize the digital transformation of enterprises based on their own resources is an important issue in practice, but the resource configuration type for digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises has not been fully studied. Based on the resource-based view and the perspective of interaction between digital strategy and internal resources, this paper analyzes the configuration antecedents of the digital transformation based on the data of 38 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises from six aspects: digital strategy, talent level, enterprise scale, development potential, profitability and digital team. Four configuration forms of digital transformation resource allocation are obtained. This study proves the existence of resource configuration effect of digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and provides reference for the path choice and resource allocation on digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
