科研机构专利分级分类管理体系研究

Research on patent classification and hierarchical management system of scientific research institutions

摘要:

本文立足于现阶段科研机构专利管理工作面临的突出问题,探索建立一套符合科研机构知识产权发展阶段,体现科研机构自身特点的分层进阶式专利分级分类管理体系,并尝试构建了围绕战略、法律、技术和效益4个维度的科研机构专利价值评价模型,为科研组织开展全生命周期专利管理和决策提供参考。

Abstract:

Based on the prominent problems faced by the patent management of scientific research institutions at the present stage, this paper explores to establishe a set of hierarchical and advanced patent classification and hierarchical management system that conforms to the intellectual property development stage of scientific research institutions and reflects the characteristics of scientific research institutions, and tries to build a patent value evaluation model of scientific research institutions around the four dimensions of strategy, law, technology and benefit, so as to provide reference for scientific research organizations to carry out patent management and decision-making in the whole life cycle.
