Abstract:Industrial bases are the hard conditions for scientific and technological innovation to support and lead the development of emerging sectors of strategic importance. Studying on the dual network construction of knowledge and personnel in industrial bases is certain significance for promoting the high-quality development of the national economy. Taking China Titanium Valley as an example, the knowledge network and personnel network of China Titanium Valley industrial base are constructed using patent and literature data through social network analysis method, then the network centrality is calculated for the two networks respectively. The research results show that in the knowledge network of China Titanium Valley, knowledge innovation achievements are concentrated in the middle of the titanium industry chain, while the application of titanium products in the downstream of the industry chain is less involved; in the personnel network, the main body of innovation is concentrated in enterprises, while the participation of universities and research institutes is not high. Finally, based on the above conclusion, relevant management implications are derived from the research.
