Abstract:【Purpose/significance】With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, machine learning plays an increasingly important role in the identification of science and technology frontier. The open source information from the network has gradually become the main data source of the identification problem of science and technology frontier. The rational use of machine learning methods can realize the fine-grained knowledge mining of data, which is an important means to solve the identification problem of science and technology frontier. 【Method/process】this article applies the method of bibliometrics, and back to summarize the research status at home and abroad, on this basis, explores the perception and machine learning methods in the data processing layer and the application of intelligence computing and perception layer, analyzed and intelligence product layer of the relationship between characterization, and the three layers of related tasks involved in parsing and expanding and actual argument. 【Result/conclusion】The extension framework of science and technology frontier identification system under open source information environment is constructed, and the opinions and suggestions of different levels of demand development are put forward.
