广东省高新技术产业国际竞争力及其影响因素研究[ ]

Research on the International Competitiveness and Its Influencing Factors of High-Tech Industry in Guangdong Province

摘要:

基于广东省高新技术产业2000-2020年的进出口贸易与产业发展相关数据，运用贸易竞争优势（TC）指数评价了广东省高新技术产业国际竞争力，并通过构建向量自回归模型，以钻石模型为理论基础分析了广东省高新技术产业国际竞争力的影响因素。研究发现：与全国及其他省份相比，广东省高新技术产业国际竞争力总体上居于竞争劣势，仅计算机与通信技术类行业具有较强竞争优势，光电技术和生命科学技术具有一定竞争优势；本地研发投入、外商直接投资、金融发展水平以及政策环境是影响广东省高新技术产业的国际竞争力的重要因素。最后，本文基于研究结论提出提升广东省高新技术产业国际竞争力的政策建议。

Abstract:

Based on the relevant data of import and export trade and industrial development of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2020, this paper evaluates the international competitiveness of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province by using the trade TC index, and dynamically tests the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province by constructing a vector autoregressive model based on the diamond model. The research finds that: Compared with the whole country and various provinces, the international competitiveness of the high-tech industries in Guangdong Province is generally in a competitive disadvantage. Only the computer and communication technology industries have strong competitive advantages, and the photoelectric technology and life science technology have certain competitive advantages；local R&D investment, foreign direct investment, financial development level and policy environment are important factors that affect the international competitiveness of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province. Finally, based on the conclusions of this study, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to enhance the international competitiveness of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province.
