    摘要:

    随着部门间边界模糊和关系活动的变化,推动了全球芯片产业价值分配格局的重塑,中国芯片产业面临路径创新的重要战略性机遇。为推动本土芯片企业实现重大突破性进展,选取芯片产业链中海思(设计业)、中芯国际(制造业)、长电科技(封测业)三家企业作为研究对象,以跨案例研究方法探讨关系学习与颠覆性创新视角下可选择的战略方案集,研究发现关系学习与颠覆性创新路径有6条,包括:知识突破-高端市场渗透、知识突破-低端市场导入、知识突破-新市场开发、知识集成-高端市场渗透、知识集成-低端市场导入、知识集成-新市场开发。关系学习导致企业差异化的颠覆性创新路径,且企业存在创新路径组合,研究结果可完善关系学习与颠覆性创新路径的理论系统,为中国芯片企业实现突围提供启示。

    Abstract:

    With the fuzzy boundaries between departments and changes in relationship activities, the global chip industry value distribution pattern has been reshaped, and China' s chip industry is facing an important strategic opportunity for path innovation. In order to promote local chip companies to achieve major breakthroughs, three companies in the chip industry chain, Haisi ( design industry ), SMIC ( manufacturing industry ), and Changdian Technology ( sealing and testing industry ) were selected as research objects, and cross-case research methods were used to explore the alternative strategic options under the perspective of relational learning and disruptive innovation, the study found that there are six paths for relational learning and disruptive innovation, including: knowledge breakthrough-high-end market penetration, knowledge breakthrough-low-end market introduction, knowledge breakthrough-new market development, knowledge integration-high-end market penetration, knowledge integration-low-end market introduction, and knowledge integration-new market development. Relational learning leads to the disruptive innovation path of enterprise differentiation, and there is a combination of innovation paths in enterprises. The research results can improve the theoretical system of relational learning and disruptive innovation paths, and provide inspiration for Chinese chip enterprises to break through.
