广东乡村产业发展水平测度及区域差异研究

RESEARCH ON THE MEASUREMENT OF RURAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT LEVEL AND REGIONAL DIFFERENCES IN GUANGDONG

摘要:

发展乡村产业是推进农业农村现代化的重要引擎，是乡村全面振兴的重要根基。根据乡村产业内涵特征，运用熵值法对广东省及21个省辖市乡村产业发展水平进行了定量化描述。研究发现：在政策、市场等诸多因素推动下，2015-2020年间广东省乡村产业发展水平整体呈强劲上升态势，珠三角地区农业绿色发展水平较高、业态类型更为丰富、农民就业增收效果明显；粤东粤北地区创新创业更为活跃；粤北地区产业融合发展水平较高，注重拓展农业多种功能、挖掘发展地理标志特色产业，食品工业产值与农业总产值之比、设施农业占比、淘宝村和淘宝镇数量等指标市域间差异较大。

Abstract:

Developing rural industries is an important engine to promote agricultural and rural modernization and an important foundation for the overall revitalization of the countryside.According to the connotation and characteristics of rural industry, this paper quantitatively describes the development level of rural industry in Guangdong Province and 21 provincial cities.The study found that: driven by policies, markets and many other factors, the overall development level of rural industries in Guangdong Province showed a strong upward trend from 2015 to 2020, the green development level of agriculture in the Pearl River Delta is higher, the types of business are more abundant; Innovation and entrepreneurship in eastern and northern Guangdong are more active, giving birth to a large number of market players; Northern Guangdong has a high level of industrial integration and development. It pays attention to expanding agricultural functions, mining and developing geographical indication characteristic industries. The ratio of food industry output value to total agricultural output value, the proportion of facility agriculture, and the number of Taobao villages and towns vary greatly among cities.
