Abstract:In order to effectively utilize existing literature resources, deeply analyze and explore the evolutionary context and characteristics of disruptive technologies, and provide support for grasping scientific trends and enhancing technological competitiveness, based on a systematic review of research progress related to the evolution of disruptive technologies, we integrate data sources such as Web of Science papers, Dewant patent index database patents, and clinical trials in the US clinical trial database, and use topic recognition, deep learning Network analysis, visualization analysis, and other technologies are utilized to construct Word2Vec word vector models and LDA topic recognition results from patents and paper literature. Combined with the scope of clinical trial applications, the evolution and characteristics of stem cell therapy technology in the "scientific discovery technological innovation technological application" lifecycle are studied. The experimental results have summarized the development and evolution roadmap of stem cell therapy technology, which is divided into four stages: embryonic stage, initial stage, mutation development stage, and rapid development stage. The four evolution characteristics of technology development are summarized from three levels: data performance, empirical technology itself, and disruptive technology, including lag, recombination, mutation, and expansion, It is consistent with the scientific facts of the development of stem cell therapy technology and the current basic understanding of it in the academic community.
