Abstract:The development of digitalization has brought challenges to the talent management of fast-growing enterprises, and has put forward disruptive new requirements to the traditional human resource management model, and many enterprises have started to try the digital transformation of talent management. This paper takes the digital modeling application of W, a leading Internet company, as an example, and analyzes the application path of digital transformation of talent management, based on human capital incentive, and implements digital modeling for four key talent management aspects of "selection, cultivation, utilization and retention", which systematically connects and integrates the talent selection, cultivation, assessment and incentive retention. It solves the problem of traditional HRM selection and use fragmentation, provides effective digital talent management methods for enterprise practice in the digital era, and enriches the theoretical development of digital talent management.
