面向开放式创新的设计企业知识产权管理模式研究

Research on Design Enterprises Intellectual Property Management Mode Oriented Open Innovation

摘要:

分析设计过程的知识流动模型,通过将流动中的知识转化为具有知识产权的知识产品,形成设计产业的知识流动模型；在此基础上,从知识创造过程、知识成果、知识使用、知识引进和知识输出等5个方面研究设计企业的知识产权管理模式。提出了以知识产权为基础的设计产业开放式创新模式,以知识产权促进知识供给、提高知识利用效率；提出了以具有知识产权的知识产品为中心的设计企业知识产权管理模式,建立了有效、可行的管理规范与操作流程,为解决开放式创新问题提供了新的思路和具体可行的实施路径。

Abstract:

Analyzing the knowledge flow model of the design process, and forming the knowledge flow model of the design industry by transforming the flowing knowledge into knowledge products with intellectual property rights. On this basis, the intellectual property management mode of design enterprises is studied from five aspects: knowledge creation process, knowledge achievements, knowledge using, knowledge inputting and knowledge outputting. The open innovation mode of design industry based on intellectual property is put forward, which can promote the supply of knowledge and improve the efficiency of knowledge utilization. The intellectual property management mode of design enterprises centered on intellectual products with intellectual property rights is put forward, which establishes effective and feasible management norms and operation processes. Using intellectual property to promote knowledge supply and utilization, which provide new ideas and feasible implementation path for solving the problem of open innovation.
