基于决策实验室-解释结构模型法的交叉科学研究成果影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Interdisciplinary Research Outputs Based on DEMATEL-ISM Method

摘要:

通过文献梳理和专家调研，从6个维度分析总结了影响交叉科学研究成果的23个因素。基于DEMATEL-ISM方法，分析影响因素之间的相互关系，识别交叉研究成果的关键影响因素。结果表明，研究成果重要性和创新性评价标准、评审专家选择是影响交叉科学研究成果的直接因素，多元化的合作关系和模式、研究机构的组织方式、成果/贡献认定是影响交叉科学研究成果的重要中间因素，个人知识技能、个人性格与科研风格、研究问题的重要性是影响交叉科学研究成果的根本影响因素。最后通过关键影响因素分析，为促进交叉科学研究成果产出提供了对策和建议。

Abstract:

Through literature review and expert survey, 23 factors influencing interdisciplinary research outputs were summarized from 6 dimensions. Based on the DEMATEL-ISM method, the relationship between the influencing factors was analyzed, and the key influencing factors of interdisciplinary research outputs were identified. The results show that the evaluation criteria for the importance and innovation of research outputs and the selection of reviewers are the direct factors affecting interdisciplinary research outputs. Diversified cooperative relationships and models, organization of research institutions, and recognition of achievements/contributions are important intermediate factors. Personal knowledge and skills, personal character and research style, and the importance of research questions are the fundamental influencing factors. Finally, through the analysis of key influencing factors, this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the output of interdisciplinary research.
